Increasing freight volumes, rising passenger numbers, shorter train intervals and higher speeds lead to deformations at the wheel/rail contact surface. The resulting rail defects bring with them many disadvantages and risks. A modern, flexible and reliable milling technology extends the rail service life sustainably. The Linsinger train design is led into a new era by the Railmaster®. The agressive and modern front quotes elements from previous models as the double headlights and the ribs in the radiator grille. Yet it is enhanced by dynamic lines and illuminated elements such as the logo. Every element of the design has an impact on the overall impression and therefore completes the the innovative technology concept.
LINSINGER SF02
The new Linsinger SF02 is particularly well suited for confined spaces such as subways and narrow gauge networks. The small clearance gauge and correspondingly slim design also enable the vehicle to negotiate narrow curve radii.
Despite the slender lines, the design of the train conveys a robustness and slight aggressiveness that make it clear to the observer that he is facing a "workhorse". The angular design language emphasizes both the solidity of the product and the high quality of workmanship of the Linsinger company. Through the mask-like front and the concise, black grill, the design creates a brand face that also extends across other, new Linsinger products. In this way, Linsinger's features are clearly recognizable, even from a distance.
This design was developed specifically for the North American market. For this, formquadrat designed an individual product graphic with street/track maps of large North American cities, which takes up space on the entire train. In this way, an Austrian product creates a direct link to the American place of use and enables cross-cultural identification with the train.
LINSINGER MG11
The sleek design paired with the renowned Linsinger rail milling and grinding technology sets new standards in track maintenance in urban areas. It is the smallest rail milling train in the world and the only vehicle in its class that fits in the London underground.
